  • Rescue Tape (tape that is airtight, fixes from coolant hoses to wiring)

  • Silicon loaf pan with lid: < $9 (lid doesn't lock on, just sets on top, from Overstock)
  • Silicon steaming basket ($12) and small metallic (nonteflon) jellyroll pan from Target
  • Cutting Board covers Stovetop
  • Small Digital Food Scale (no more measuring cups/ spoons) convert to grams or lbs, oz
  • Thermometer for the Gas Oven (from Target or Overstock)
  • Remote Cooking Thermometer (trying to improve your cooking styles, <$40)
  • Columbia Bib Snow Pants work well in the cold wet weather of an occasional winter Northerner that blows in while sailing in Houston.  I didn't have to buy another set of pants.
Mastervolt AGM batteries work great, (West Marine AGM didn't)
Mastervolt battery charger works great (other X... fan runs for no reason)
