Ethanol Gas killing our small engines

Our little outboard engine has been a continuous problem until we started only using non ethanol gas.  From pure-gas.org are the gas stations where you can find nonethanol gas.

Apparently Harris County and all counties touching the county can not sell nonethanol at public gas stations (blame the US government, EPA regulations and statutes).  But allegedly you can get it at airports that is used for planes which is 100 octane.

List of Gas Stations along the Texas Coast and inland to find non-ethanol gasoline.

Junk Science from EPA

More Junk Science from EPA

Our chainsaw will not work and our gas-powered generator is gummed up too.

It is going to get worse. Thanks US Executive Branch of our Federal Government for destroying our engines.  We need a better PAC for our boating community in our area.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Environmental Protection Agency announced Friday a proposal to lower the blending levels of ethanol in fuel, drawing praise from Houston area U.S. Congressman, Kevin Brady (R-Texas).
“Taxpayers shouldn’t have to continue to float the bill for this failed program.  Advanced ethanol has been five years away from commercial success for the last twenty years.  Enough is enough,” says Brady.  “The ethanol amounts mandated previously by the Renewable Fuel Standard might force refiners to blend E15 gasoline, which AAA and numerous auto-manufacturers have stated will damage engines.”
Brady also noted that even environmentalists are questioning the effects on the environment from Washington’s pushing ethanol as an alternative bio-fuel. The Associated Press recently reported that millions of acres of conservation land had been plowed under by farmers getting government subsidies for producing corn.*
“This proposal from the EPA is good news, but the real answer is to rid taxpayers of the ethanol mandate in its entirety and let the free-market determine the evolution of the bio-fuel industry. That’s why I’m a cosponsor of Rep. Bob Goodlatte’s (R-VA) legislation, The RFS Elimination Act,” concluded Brady.
Personal Handwritten Letters seems to have a heavier weight to the Congressmen (when I worked for a special interest group)
